Our Purpose: The Routley Center for Solution-Focused Counseling, PC, exists primarily to promote emotional and spiritual health in individuals and to strengthen the institutions of marriage, family, and church. It is to that end that we provide counseling, coaching, consultations, and education. As a specialist in severe trauma and torture, Dr. Routley uses a solution-based model which he developed called The Core Integrity Model, Interventions for Extreme Trauma. The problems of a lifetime of trauma can benefit from the solution-focused model. There is no quick fix expected, but if this is your need, you will find the techniques easy to use and very helpful in relieving troublesome symptoms.
Ms. Anderson has had extensive experience in counseling and uses a narrative approach. Each of us has a story that is in progress. When we find ourselves stuck, the life story can be on hold. By listening to one's story as an individual, couplor even as a family, the counselor can assist through the process in countering the "writer's block" of life and help you move on. Ms. Anderson is also an expert in safety planning to counter dosmestic violence. If you are stuck in a violence cycle, she can assist you in means to resolve those concerns.
